Once the application is submitted you will be contacted by the leasing office on the status of your application. The screening process will not begin until the NON-REFUNDABLE application fee of $36.00 has been paid by each person over the age of 18.
THE APPLICATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE so please don't apply unless you're sure you would like to lease the
property you're applying for. Please reach out to us if you would like to know our screening criteria.
The application process typically takes 3 or 4 business days.
This process can be quicker if you upload the following sufficient supporting documentation, including contact information for any supervisors to verify employment
- Copy of Valid Government Issued ID (i.e. Drivers License, Passport, ID Card)
- Pet Photo(s) / Vet Vaccination Records (If Applicable)
Proof Of Income Documents
- 2 Months of Paystubs
- Tax Returns for the previous year
- New employment requiring offer letter to new job
Please Have the following information available before applying
- Current/Previous Landlord Name, Contact, Dates of Residency
- Current/Previous Employer Name, Contact, Dates, Salary
- References - Name, Phone, Relationship
- Emergency Contact - Name, Phone Relationship

If the prospective tenant provides the landlord with a portable tenant screening report, the landlord is prohibited from: charging the prospective tenant a rental application fee; or charging the prospective tenant a fee for the landlord to access or use the portable tenant screening report.
